Shakeel Bone Handicrafts uses DHL India services to ship their products globally. Regular updates including tracking/consignment number and courier company details will be provided to the customer to track the shipment as we process the item for dispatch. We encourage the customer to keep track of their order.
Having purchased from us, we seek your cooperation in providing the correct information about yourself and be honest with us at all times during the transit. You are obligated to share your full name, delivery address, current address (if any), alternate mobile numbers, active contact number, payment details, and other documents required to smoothen your purchase/ refund with us.
With constant changing shipping policies and custom guidelines, we do not take responsibility for delayed goods in transit, any shipping delays, return shipping fees, customs fees/taxes, or international delivery times. Please notify us if you haven’t received your order after 10 days of the mentioned delivery date and We will put in our best effort for your order to reach you as soon as it can, provided we have your support and a buffer window of minimum 2 weeks if things are not in our control (case to case basis). We will not be liable for any loss or damage to you as a result of the late delivery of your order.
The Shipment will be returned by the Shipping Agency after 7 Days of Arrival at Destination in case the Customer does not respond or receive the Shipment because of the Customs Duties/Taxes or any other reason. We will not be held responsible under such cases.
